1. You send me an email providing your name, age, and your specific concerns.

2. As soon as possible I tune into your energetic field and begin the reading/healing process.

3. I intuitively receive messages specific to your energy and soul imprint, following the divine guidance pointing me in the direction of certain emotional beliefs, patterns, traumas, past experiences, whichever areas/issues are ready to be looked at and released. I receive suggestions coming in from your 'Support Team’ aka Your Angels, Guides, Ancestors to help with your specific needs.

4. After the problem areas are addressed and cleared; and your energetic vitality is restored to optimum levels to help you feel balanced and empowered, I take notes and record an audio file to to be shared with you via email or to be delivered to your phone.

5. You receive a detailed report of your session, summarizing all that came through with the insights and messages received as well as specific guidance for ongoing support to help you achieve your best self and life.

These sessions don’t require Phone or Zoom contact because of the energetic ability and nature of the work.

While you are being worked on and receiving your healing session, there is no requirement for you to put aside what you’re doing or interrupting your schedule in any way.

Like prayer, energy travels beyond time and space; and the energetic support and intention for healing finds you and works with you no matter where you are, or what you’re doing.

You will intuitively know when your energetic recalibration is done and your session is completed :)

After your session, you are advised to rest, relax, hydrate, and give yourself lots of TLC, to practice simply BEING, instead of DOING.

You might feel tired for a short while, while you process the healing energies and the clearing, which is normal and nothing to worry about.

Everyone is different in their response to clearing of the old energies and traumas. Sometimes the energies might feel heavy and you might feel raw and emotional, but only temporary as it may be the way you process and integrate the clearing at first.

Your loved ones might notice the shift before you do; and they will tell you so. The goal is for you to experience the new found awareness about YOURSELF, and recognizing how you shift your approach towards life in all areas of life, and in general.
